We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Used Car Loan Executive who will assist customers in securing vehicle loans. The role involves handling leads, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, collecting documentation, and ensuring a smooth loan processing experience while representing Wisedrive professionally. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers for used car loans Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation Collect and verify required customer documents Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and status tracking Act as a single point of contact between customer and lender Provide regular updates to customers regarding loan progress Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and closures Ensure smooth and timely loan processing Deliver excellent customer experience and build trust Required Skills:
