- The Loan Modification QC Analyst is responsible for reviewing completed loan modification files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to investor, client, and regulatory guidelines. The role involves validating borrower information, documentation, calculations, approvals, and system updates while identifying defects and recommending corrective actions.
- This position is ideal for fresh graduates interested in building a career in the mortgage industry, as well as candidates with prior experience in mortgage operations, underwriting, quality control, or loan servicing.

Must Have & Desired Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to interpret and follow documented procedures.
