Eligibility:

- LLB or BALLB

Responsibilities:

- Perform contract abstraction, ensuring accuracy and completeness of extracted data.

- Manage contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms.

- Maintain and organize contract repository for easy access and retrieval.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contract management activities.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues.

Required Capabilities:

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a flexible shift environment.

- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
