Role Description The LinkedIn Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Instructor will design and deliver engaging sessions on LinkedIn profile optimization, personal branding, networking strategies, and content creation tailored to diverse learner groups.

Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering live classes, guiding learners through practical assignments, and reviewing LinkedIn profiles and portfolios to provide structured feedback. The role involves staying current with LinkedIn features, algorithm changes, and best practices,



then integrating these updates into the curriculum and learning materials. The LinkedIn Instructor will collaborate with the academic and placement teams to align course outcomes with career goals, participate in learner mentoring sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement of programs through data and feedback.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in LinkedIn, including profile optimization, personal branding, content strategy, and professional networking.
- Experience in teaching, training, or coaching, with the ability to deliver clear, structured, and engaging sessions to mixed-experience audiences.
- Background in digital marketing, career development, or talent development, with familiarity in online portfolios and job-search strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to give constructive, actionable feedback on profiles and content.
- Comfort with up-to-date digital tools (presentation tools, LMS platforms, collaboration tools) and an interest in emerging technologies such as AI tools for content and branding.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, manage multiple batches or cohorts, and maintain organized records of learner progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in marketing, communications, business, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior experience using LinkedIn to build a personal brand, generate opportunities, or support hiring and recruitment is a strong advantage.
