Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Lift Operator to operate and monitor elevators/lifts safely and efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for assisting residents, employees, visitors, and other occupants while ensuring smooth and protected lift operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate the lift/elevator safely as per standard operating procedures.

- Assist residents, employees, visitors, and guests with lift usage when required.

- Ensure proper operation of the lift during working hours.

- Monitor lift movement and report any unusual noise, malfunction, or technical issue immediately.

- Coordinate with the maintenance team in case of lift breakdown or emergency.

- Ensure the lift area and surroundings are clean and free from obstruction.

- Follow all safety rules and emergency procedures.

- Assist passengers during lift-related emergencies and inform the concerned supervisor immediately.

- Maintain basic records/logs of lift operations, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.

- Ensure unauthorized or unsafe use of the lift is avoided.

- Perform other duties assigned by the Facility Manager/Supervisor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
