nAs a Human Resources - Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll & HR Operations, and HR Analytics & Reporting. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience across key HR domains, enabling you to develop a comprehensive understanding of human resource management while contributing to business and people objectives. You will work closely with HR teams and stakeholders to ensure effective hiring, employee lifecycle management, data accuracy, process compliance, and workforce analytics.

- Support and coordinate end-to-end HR processes across Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Operations, and HR Analytics functionsn
- Assist in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment pipelines to support hiring requirementsn
- Coordinate onboarding activities, employee documentation, and HR records management to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experiencen
- Support payroll processing activities by validating employee data, attendance,



leave records, and other payroll inputsn
- Maintain employee information in HR systems and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentialityn
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and management information system (MIS) reports related to hiring, headcount, attrition, and other workforce metricsn
- Analyze HR data and trends to generate actionable insights and support business decision-makingn
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address employee queries and support HR service deliveryn
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, HR processes, and statutory requirements while maintaining accurate documentationn
- Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, employee engagement activities, and automation efforts to enhance operational efficiencyn
