Brief Job Description: -

The Chance to Order Global Process Improvement Manager is responsible for
designing, optimizing, and automating the workstream workflows, ensuring that
the O2C process supports efficiency, scalability, and customization for a
complex global customer base. This role involves detailed process mapping, AI
functionalities, implementation of process improvements across the value stream.
The Opportunity to Order Global Process Improvement Manager will also coordinate
the formalization and documentation of a global and comprehensive Operating
Model.

* Implement with Global Process Leaders and Regional Process Leaders Workstream
strategy ensuring alignment between Strategy and Optimization /
Transformation project
* Actively participate to process standardization, optimization and automation
considering when required AI process enhancement element




* Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, resource
requirements, and deliverables. Execute projects with business partners
(Global and Regional Process Leaders + SME) according to established plans,
ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
* Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing
regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing
expectations throughout the project lifecycle and supporting actively the VOS
workstream governance
* Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to prevent
delays or roadblocks. Implement contingency plans as needed to ensure
successful project outcomes.
* Establish key performance metrics and conduct regular assessments to ensure
target outcomes are met.
