Role Description The Clinical Psychologist will provide evidence-based remote psychological care to clients within MantraCare’s digital ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting telehealth assessments, delivering individual counseling and psychotherapy, and interpreting psychological tests to inform treatment planning. The role also involves monitoring client progress,



collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and documenting sessions in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. The Clinical Psychologist may offer clinical supervision to other mental health professionals and contribute to refining AI-driven care pathways. This is a part-time, remote role that requires reliable availability during agreed-upon hours.
Qualifications
Robust foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices in virtual care settings.
Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including selection, administration, interpretation, and integration of results into treatment plans.
Experience in Counseling Psychology, delivering structured and goal-oriented therapy for diverse client populations.
Capability in Clinical Supervision, supporting and mentoring other mental health practitioners while upholding high clinical standards.
