Role Description The Ecommerce Manager intern will support the day-to-day management of UBOARD’s online sales channels, including marketplace listings, the official online store, and partner platforms. This internship is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India,



requiring close coordination with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize product visibility, pricing, and promotions. Responsibilities include monitoring product performance and inventory on ecommerce platforms, updating content and images, tracking orders, and coordinating with customer service to ensure a smooth buyer experience. The intern will analyze traffic, conversion, and sales data, prepare performance reports, and suggest data-driven improvements to campaigns and listings. The role also involves assisting with digital marketing initiatives, competitor research, and implementing strategies to grow online revenue and brand presence.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ecommerce data, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
