ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive branch-level sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent decision-making abilities, and a proven ability to drive sales performance in a competitive setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive identified initiatives within the branch to achieve overall sales objectives.
Identify critical issues affecting branch sales and take appropriate remedial actions.
Monitor sales achievement closely on a weekly and monthly basis.
Ensure branch productivity and sales performance are consistently improved.
Validate customer feedback, sales data, and market information and report key insights to the Zonal Head.




Ensure achievement of branch sales targets through:
Existing clients
Returning clients
New client acquisition
Engage regularly with customers to ensure continuous business engagement and relationship building.
Collect and analyze feedback related to:
Product quality
Pricing
Competitor activities
Schemes and offers
Overall customer experience
Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to branch-level sales strategies.
Work under pressure and take ownership of achieving assigned targets.
