Responsibilities
Execute the complete installation of residential solar systems in strict adherence to approved Detailed Project Reports (DPR).
Manage logistics for material transport and ensure all sites are fully prepared and ready for deployment.
Perform technical installation tasks, including mounting structures, photovoltaic modules, earthing systems, cabling, and inverter setup.
Oversee necessary civil engineering works, such as constructing foundations for structural supports and earthing pits.
Configure and activate Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS) to ensure optimal system performance tracking.
Deliver comprehensive system demonstrations and provide foundational training to end-users regarding operation and maintenance.
Enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring accurate completion of pre-installation and post-installation documentation.




Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive project coordination.
Maintain real-time project status updates within Zoho Projects and other relevant management applications.
Monitor the progress of both residential and commercial solar initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
Engage with stakeholders to accelerate the approval process for project designs and technical specifications.

Requirements
• Graduation in any discipline
• Freshers will also be considered
• Proficiency in MS Office• Transparent and assertive communication skills
• Proficient in English, Hindi & Telugu
• Ability to think critically and organize work assignments based on priority
• Ability to collaborate and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders
• Takes complete accountability of assignments• Willingness to learn
