We are seeking a talented UX Designer (Grade 26) to join the UX Design team for Optum® Crimson AI - an AI-enabled clinical analytics and business intelligence platform used by hospitals and health systems across the U.S. Crimson AI integrates directly with a health system's EHR and brings clinical, financial, scheduling and supply chain data together into a single modular platform, layering predictive analytics, AI-generated recommendations and a conversational AI experience on top of it.



Analysis that once required weeks of manual data mining is now delivered in seconds.

This is a design role in which data is the product. Our users come to Crimson AI to identify an opportunity, understand what is driving it, and decide what to do next. Your work makes that path short, transparent and trustworthy.

The role combines user experience design, product thinking, data visualization and AI-enabled design capabilities to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science and Business stakeholders, you will contribute to the design and evolution of complex digital products, transforming user insights and business requirements into engaging and effective experiences.

We work in short, iterative cycles in each Sprint. Designers here are active participants in shaping the work rather than recipients of finished specification
