Experience

2 -5 years in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Financial Services, Wealth Management, Banking, or related sales roles. Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

Role Objective

To drive business growth by acquiring recent clients, developing existing relationships, and generating high-quality Life Insurance and Health Insurance business. The candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through direct sales, referrals, networking, and client relationships.
- Identify prospective clients and conduct meetings to understand their financial protection and insurance requirements.
- Sell suitable Life Insurance and Health Insurance solutions based on client needs.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Generate referrals from existing clients and professional networks.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into successful policies.
- Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation and client meetings to documentation, issuance, and after-sales service.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual premium targets.
- Focus on acquiring quality clients and generating high-value premium business.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell Life Insurance and Health Insurance to existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams and insurance companies for quotations, underwriting, medical requirements, policy issuance, and servicing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, conversions, and business generated.
- Participate in client presentations, seminars, networking events, and business development activities.
- Stay updated on insurance products, market developments, taxation aspects, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure ethical sales practices and complete compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
