- Handle legal matters, litigation, court cases, legal notices and coordination with advocates.
- Draft, review and maintain contracts, agreements, MOUs, leases and other legal documents.
- Manage land, property, registration and government authority-related legal matters.
- Ensure legal and statutory compliance for Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd. and Samskara Resort.
- Coordinate with management, government departments and external lawyers; court/field visits as required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
