- Developing and implementing Compliance policies , procedures and code of conduct aligned with our Company’s polices
- Risk Mitigation
- Conducting Compliance Audits and reporting and strategy thereto
- Proactive on Regulatory advice and its impact on business
- Conducting awareness /training and education sessions for our employees
- Experience of Tool Management
- Co-ordination with external counsels
- Case Management –
- Management Reporting
- Feedback from concerned business teams etc...,
- Should be well versed in laws and regulations and should be able to tender opinion/advice on day to day basis, preferably Sales and Marketing issues of manufacturing company
- Should be self-motivated and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
- Should be able to speak English and local language fluently.
- Should be hard working and willing to travel on short notice.
- Experience in Automotive sector as in house counsel is preferable
