About the Role

Jaywant Group is looking for an experienced Legal Head to lead legal matters, documentation, compliance and risk management for real estate projects and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead legal matters for real estate projects and transactions.
- Review and draft agreements, contracts, MOUs and legal documents.
- Handle land acquisition, title verification and property documentation.
- Manage RERA, development agreements and regulatory matters.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants and government authorities.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, litigation and court matters.
- Identify legal risks and provide practical legal advice to management.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain legal records and track ongoing cases and matters.





Candidate Profile:
- LL.B. / LL.M. qualification.
- 12–20 years of experience in real estate legal matters.
- Strong experience in property law, land documentation and real estate transactions.
- Good knowledge of RERA, agreements, contracts and regulatory compliance.
- Strong negotiation, drafting and communication skills.
- Experience in handling litigation and external legal counsel.
