learCred Technology is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Executive to support our legal, corporate governance, and regulatory operations. In this role, you will draft and review commercial contracts (such as NDA agreements, Merchant Service Agreements, and Vendor Contracts), coordinate legal compliance under RBI fintech guidelines, handle corporate filings, and assist in legal dispute management.

Key Responsibilities

- Contract Drafting &
- Negotiation:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including Merchant Onboarding Agreements, API Integration Contracts, Vendor Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

- Fintech &

- Regulatory Compliance:

Assist the compliance team in monitoring and implementing legal frameworks under RBI guidelines (e.g., Payment Aggregator / Payment Gateway norms, BBPS guidelines, AML/KYC policies, and Data Protection regulations).

- Corporate Governance:



Assist in preparing board meeting documents, maintaining statutory registers, drafting corporate resolutions, and coordinating ROC filings.

- Legal Research &

- Due Diligence:

Perform legal research on evolving digital lending, payment systems, data privacy (DPDP Act), and corporate laws; conduct legal due diligence for recent product feature rollouts.

- Dispute &

- Notice Management:

Coordinate with external legal counsel regarding legal notices, merchant dispute escalations, consumer complaints, and recovery matters.

- Internal Stakeholder Support: Advise sales, product, tech, and operations teams on legal risks, contractual liabilities, and execution requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
