LEGAL CONSULTANT – NIGHT SHIFT

- Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis.
- Draft and review complaints, motions, interrogatories, briefs, pleadings, discovery documents, and other legal documents.
- Analyze case facts, legal issues, statutes, regulations, and case law to support litigation strategy.
- Independently handle assigned legal tasks and matters with minimal supervision.
- Review legal documents for accuracy, completeness, legal consistency, and quality before submission to clients.
- Communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and understand their requirements, instructions, and deadlines.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Take ownership of assigned matters and proactively identify issues, gaps, and potential solutions.
- Coordinate with team members, provide guidance when required, and support the team in meeting operational and client expectations.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members and sharing legal knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive client and case information.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, client-specific requirements, and quality standards.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced,



deadline-driven environment.

Required Candidate Profile
- Absolute commitment and dedication to the role is required.
- 2–3+ years of relevant legal work experience, preferably in U.S. litigation or legal process outsourcing.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. litigation procedures and legal terminology will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within strict deadlines.
- Should be proactive and capable of taking initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
- Should be a quick learner, team player, and problem solver.
- Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision when required.
- Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Should demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a long-term commitment to the organization.
- Willingness to work in a night shift aligned with U.S. working hours.

Qualifications
- LLB / LLM
- 2–3+ years of relevant legal experience

Location Koramangala, Bangalore

Working Hours

7:30 PM to 5:30 AM
