Metapercept Technology Services LLP is looking for an experienced Legal Consultant – Corporate to provide legal support and guidance on corporate, contractual, compliance, and business-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on corporate and business matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws and regulations.
- Identify and assess legal risks and recommend appropriate actions.
- Handle legal documentation and maintain proper records.
- Support vendor, client, employment, and commercial agreements.
- Conduct legal research and provide clear recommendations.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors when required.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Law.




- Expertise in Contract Drafting and Review.
- Understanding of corporate compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Education LLB/LLM from a recognized university. Candidates with relevant corporate legal experience will be preferred.
