- Provide day-to-day legal advice on business, commercial and operational matters.

- Draft, review and negotiate agreements, contracts, MOUs, vendor agreements and other legal documents.

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations relevant to the Gems & Jewellery business.

- Handle legal documentation relating to purchases, sales, vendors, customers, employees and business partners.

- Conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations to management.

- Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

- Coordinate with external advocates, solicitors, consultants and regulatory authorities.

- Assist in handling legal notices, disputes, claims and litigation matters.

- Review property/lease-related documents and commercial arrangements.

- Maintain proper records of contracts, notices, legal correspondence and cases.

- Support management in matters related to GST, Companies/Corporate Law, Labour Law, Consumer Law and other applicable commercial regulations,



in coordination with relevant specialists.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
