Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Commercial / Retail Leasing Manager to manage leasing activities for commercial and retail real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in tenant acquisition, client handling, leasing negotiations, and maintaining relationships with brands and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leasing of commercial and retail properties.
- Identify and approach potential tenants, brands, retailers, corporates, restaurants, and other businesses.
- Generate leasing leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct property visits and present available spaces to prospective clients.
- Negotiate rental terms, lease agreements, deposits, lock-in periods, and other commercial terms.
- Manage the complete leasing process from lead generation to agreement closure.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
- Track market rental rates, competitor projects, and leasing trends.
- Work towards improving occupancy and revenue of the property.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, agreements, and handover processes.

Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Commercial / Retail Real Estate Leasing.
- Strong network among retailers, brands, corporates, and business owners.
- Good negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate and leasing processes.
- Proven ability to achieve leasing and revenue targets.
- Candidates from Real Estate / Commercial Property / Retail / Mall Leasing backgrounds will be preferred.
