The Role

Learning & Development Associate

As a Learning & Development Associate, you'll be part of our Experience Design Team, collaborating with consultants, facilitators, designers, and clients to create engaging leadership journeys.

You'll research and create content, design connected learning experiences, and support the seamless execution of workshops and leadership programs that create measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

Create & Customize Content

- Research, curate, and create engaging content, stories, activities, and presentations tailored to client needs.

Design Connected Experiences

- Integrate content, storytelling, gamification, and facilitation into meaningful, endto-end learning experiences.

Execute & Deliver

- Support the end-to-end planning and execution of workshops and leadership programs, ensuring quality and attention to detail.

Build Powerful Presentations

- Create compelling PowerPoint presentations that enhance learning and communicate ideas effectively.





Research & Innovation

- Stay updated with trends in learning, leadership, and human behaviour to bring fresh ideas into every project.
