We are looking for an experienced L&D; professional who can understand a client’s learning need and turn it into a meaningful, engaging learning solution.

At BlueSky Learning, you will work across leadership, behavioural and organisational development needs, while adapting solutions to experiential and game-based learning methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

● Understand client requirements directly and identify the underlying learning needs.

● Design learning journeys and workshops across leadership, behavioural and organisational development.

● Develop proposals, facilitator decks and all learning resources.

● Use BlueSky Learning’s methodologies to make learning experiential and game based.

● Ensure that the client's needs, learning outcomes, experience and debrief are aligned.

● Work with facilitators to make programmes ready for delivery. Prepare facilitator briefings and refine learning flows.

● Use AI and emerging tools in research, ideation and learning design. Apply strong human judgement when using AI and other tools.

● Contribute to new learning frameworks,



tools and activities and help build reusable learning IP.

Preferred Background

● 6 - 7 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development / Behavioural Training /

Organisational Development organizations or similar environments would be preferred.

● Experience designing learning interventions for corporate audiences, particularly across leadership and behavioural development.

● Strong understanding of behavioural learning and how workplace capabilities are evolving in the future of work.

● Someone who actively keeps up with developments and trends across L&D;, workplace learning, technology, AI and new learning methodologies.

● Prior game-based learning experience is not required, but should be open to learning and applying BlueSky Learning's experiential and game-based methodologies.

Valuable to Have

● Experience in facilitation.

● Exposure to experiential learning, game-based learning or gamification.

● Familiarity with learning assessments, evaluation or reinforcement approaches.
