- Champion Lean-Agile principles and practices across the organization, driving cultural transformation and continuous improvement
- Coach senior leaders, Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to build internal Lean Agile capabilities and maturity
- Conduct Lean training sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove organizational impediments to value delivery and flow
- Develop and execute Lean Agile training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for various stakeholders
- Monitor and report on Lean Agile adoption metrics, maturity assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives




- Act as a strategic advisor on Lean Agile governance, tooling, and best practices to align with enterprise objectives
- Demonstrable experience of Lean Agile transformation
- Lean Sig Sigma expert; certification preferable.
