We are seeking a talented and driven Lead - TAG to join our Talent Acquisition | Recruiting department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the talent acquisition process for our BPO domestic process, with a focus on volume and mass hiring. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment journey for both candidates and our organization.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the hiring needs of our BPO domestic process.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent through various recruitment channels and strategies.
- Screen and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and fit for the role and organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide insights for effective hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance our hiring strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals,



providing guidance and support.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in our talent acquisition practices.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful bulk hiring.
- Experience in BPO or similar high-volume hiring environments is preferred.
- Robust leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a candidate-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of labor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive and collaborative attitude, with a passion for talent acquisition.
