Function: Human Resources – Talent Acquisition

Reporting To: Head – Talent Acquisition

Location: Hosur / Bangalore

Role Purpose

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives for TVS Motor Company across Manufacturing,

Engineering, R&D;, Digital, Corporate Functions, International Business and Leadership hiring. Partner with business leaders, HRBPs and external partners to deliver high-quality talent while driving hiring excellence, diversity hiring, employer branding and recruitment analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned business units and critical positions.




- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
- Manage lateral, niche, leadership and confidential hiring mandates.
- Drive market mapping, talent intelligence and competitor benchmarking exercises.
- Build talent pipelines for strategic and future skill requirements.
- Lead stakeholder reviews and ensure adherence to hiring SLAs and governance practices.
- Drive diversity hiring initiatives and improve representation across functions.
- Manage recruitment vendors, search firms and sourcing channels for optimal outcomes.
- Ensure superior candidate experience and employer branding.
- Track key recruitment metrics including Hiring TAT, Quality of Hire, Cost per Hire and Offer-to-Join conversion.
- Support digital transformation and ATS adoption initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
- Mentor recruiters and contribute to capability building within the TA team.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/MSW in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 9–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering or Industrial sectors.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, leadership hiring and talent advisory.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals and direct search

methodologies.
- Experience in vendor management, employer branding and recruitment analytics.
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or equivalent systems
