Key Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end recruitment and act as a strategic TA partner to business leaders and hiring managers.

- Manage and monitor external recruitment vendors, including SLA, candidate quality and delivery.

- Handle niche and critical hiring directly, including sourcing, assessment, compensation discussions, offer negotiation and closure.

- Provide India talent market insights on skill availability, candidate behaviour, workforce trends and hiring challenges.

- Manage requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and Day 1 onboarding readiness.

- Partner with HR Operations and Total Rewards for compensation approvals and alignment.

- Identify opportunities for recruitment process improvement, automation and AI-driven sourcing/screening.

Preferred candidate profile

- 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.





- Strong experience managing RPO/recruitment agencies or external recruitment vendors.

- Proven experience in senior, niche and critical hiring.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working with global/cross-border stakeholders.

- Good understanding of the India talent market and hiring landscape.

- Robust Excel/reporting/dashboard skills; exposure to Workday reports or Power BI is an advantage.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage sensitive employee/candidate information.

- Exposure to AI-driven recruitment tools and sourcing technologies will be beneficial.Role & responsibilities
