Essential Job Functions:

- Lead administration, configuration and optimization of the Verba call recording platform.
- Troubleshoot SIP/RTP capture, compliance and retention policies, storage, archiving, replay and recorder integrations.
- Drive upgrades, migrations and patch deployments with minimal downtime.
- Maintain compliance and support audit/regulatory requirements.
- Perform root cause analysis for high-severity Verba incidents.
- Support Teams call recording integrations and voice troubleshooting.
- Assist with Direct Routing, call flows and policy configurations.
- Coordinate with Teams engineering teams to ensure recording stability.
- Handle escalations involving Teams recording endpoints.
- Build PowerShell, Python or Bash scripts for log collection.
- Automate system health checks and operational activities.
- Improve reliability and reduce manual effort through automation.
- Serve as the highest escalation point for Verba-related issues.
- Provide guidance to L1 and L2 support teams.
- Ensure SLA, change management and service continuity compliance.
- Document operational procedures, troubleshooting guides and runbooks.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 10 to 12 years
- Strong expertise with Verba/Verint Call Recording.
- Solid understanding of SIP, RTP and RTCP protocols.




- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams.
- PowerShell and/or Python scripting skills.
- Knowledge of SBC platforms such as Oracle or AudioCodes.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and incident management capabilities.
- Experience in Finance or BFSI environments.
- Verba/Verint, Microsoft Teams or SBC certifications.
- Exposure to Splunk, Elastic and Azure Monitor.
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
