About The Job:

- The ServiceNow Discovery Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining and optimizing the ServiceNow Discovery module to ensure accurate asset discovery and seamless integration with the CMDB. The role includes management of MID Servers, discovery configurations and troubleshooting activities.

Essential Job Functions:

- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow Discovery platform.

- Manage agentless and agent-based discovery configurations.

- Install, configure and manage ServiceNow MID Servers.

- Ensure proper integration between Discovery and the ServiceNow CMDB.

- Troubleshoot and resolve discovery-related issues in collaboration with technical teams.

Qualifications:

- 6 to 12 Years

- Experienced ServiceNow Discovery Administrator with strong expertise in Discovery configuration, MID Server management, CMDB integration and platform troubleshooting.

- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
