Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Own and evolve the end-to-end system architecture, driving key design decisions aligned with scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Define architectural principles, standards, and best practices across backend (Python/ Django) frontend (React) good to have, and integration layers.
- Lead architecture and design reviews, providing technical direction to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and extensible solutions.
- Drive data-informed decision-making, balancing trade-offs between performance, cost, and complexity to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems in Linux environments, ensuring high availability and resilience.
- Design and promote cloud-native and serverless architectures to minimize operational overhead and optimize resource utilization.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and lead system-wide optimizations, including caching strategies, asynchronous processing, and load distribution.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on architectural best practices, system design, and performance optimization.
- Team Management & Mentorship
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Conduct code reviews, design sessions, and ensure best engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, versioning).
- Execution & Delivery
- Translate product and business requirements into technical roadmaps and actionable tasks.




- Track and ensure on-time delivery of features with high-quality standards.
- Cross-Team Communication
- Act as a technical spokesperson for the Dexur Engineering team in cross-functional discussions with Customer Success team, Designers, QA, and other Engineering teams.
- Ensure dependencies across teams are identified, aligned, and resolved effectively.
- Innovation & Problem-Solving
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in low-code platforms, workflow automation, AI-assisted development.
- Identify bottlenecks in the current architecture and recommend optimizations.
- Oversee the design and optimization of ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration, transformation, and loading across systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience
- 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong experience in Python, PostgreSQL, Bash, Docker and AWS.
- Expert in Building the Scalable ETL Pipelines, Airflow (good to have), Independent systems.

- Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of data modeling, workflow engines, automation frameworks, and real-time systems.
- Knowledge of RBAC/permissions, data import/export flows, record versioning (draft/live).
- Solid grasp of DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines, monitoring.

- Leadership Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate product vision into engineering execution.
- Hands-on when required, but equally effective at delegation and coaching.
