About The Client

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead the design and implementation of complex multi-step reasoning chains and agentic RAG pipelines using LangGraph and structured output patterns.

- Architect and implement AI safeguard mechanisms, including prompt injection defense, hallucination mitigation, and context-window management across AI agents.

- Serve as the technical reference and SME for Applied AI Engineers in Hyderabad.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers on best practices, and drive consistent engineering standards and coding practices.

- Integrate AI components with Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable agents to access shared, grounded, reliable, and auditable knowledge sources.

- Collaborate with Germany-based AETHER teams to integrate AI services into CI/CD pipelines.

- Ensure seamless deployment, observability, monitoring, and compliance with EU AI Act and DORA requirements.

- Continuously evaluate and optimize prompt strategies, retrieval mechanisms, and model configurations.

- Improve agent accuracy, latency, scalability, reliability, and overall enterprise performance.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production AI solutions meet security, quality, governance, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.

- Expert-level Python programming skills.

- Deep practical experience with LangGraph, Agentic RAG architectures, and structured output design patterns.

- Proven experience implementing AI safety and quality mechanisms in production environments.

- Strong expertise in prompt injection defense, hallucination mitigation, and context-window management.





- Strong understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and LLM orchestration patterns.

- Experience working with foundation models, particularly Anthropic Claude.

- Strong experience with CI/CD integration, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps practices.

- Hands-on experience with cloud environments, preferably GCP.

- Experience with GitHub Actions and enterprise-scale repository ecosystems is a plus.

- Experience working in regulated industries, particularly financial services, is preferred.

- Knowledge of EU AI Act and DORA requirements is a plus.

- German language skills are an added advantage.
