Role- Lead Salesforce Developer

Experience: 9+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs

- Salesforce configuration and administration

- Experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying complex Salesforce solutions

- Strong experience in Salesforce integrations

- Experience in partner/vendor delivery management and technical leadership

- Agile experience with Scrum/Kanban

- Salesforce release management; CI/CD experience is desirable

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Experience with platform maintenance, monitoring, and DataLoader

- Ability to advocate for and implement standard Salesforce solutions before opting for custom development





- Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership and oversight to the Salesforce development team.

- Guide developers on Salesforce configuration and development best practices.

- Take ownership of solution design, development, testing, deployment, and technical quality.

- Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders and support project delivery.

- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and issues and drive resolution.

- Support platform maintenance, troubleshooting, security notifications, and complex/L3 issues.

- Contribute to technical standards, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Consultant are preferred.
