Essential Job Functions:

- Lead testing and quality efforts for a new team while collaborating with feature delivery teams.

- Ensure testing practices and processes are consistently followed.

- Develop and review test strategies and test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Oversee and participate in testing across multiple applications.

- Extend and improve existing test automation frameworks.

- Guide team members in developing automated test scripts.

- Collaborate closely with product and development teams to foster a quality-first culture.

- Become a subject matter expert in the supported domain and applications.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Review requirements, user stories, specifications, and technical design documents.

- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities in an Agile environment.

- Design, develop, maintain, and execute automation frameworks and scripts.

Qualifications

- Experience: 10+ years

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory

QA Automation Engineering

- Experience with end-to-end testing for Web UI applications, APIs, and databases.

- Expertise in WebdriverIO (TypeScript) automation testing.

- Expertise in Cypress (JavaScript) automation testing.

- Experience with Playwright (JavaScript) for automation and manual testing.





- Proficiency in Hybrid and BDD automation frameworks.

- Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

- Solid understanding of database concepts, methodologies, and best practices.

- Proficiency in SQL and database querying.

- Experience with ETL processes and data migration testing.

- Identify, document, track, and manage defects.

- Perform thorough regression testing after defect resolution.

DevOps & Automation

- Experience working in CI/CD environments.

- Experience with Azure DevOps.

- Experience with TeamCity.

- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

- Experience with GitLab CI.

- Knowledge of Docker.

- Knowledge of Container Orchestration Service (ECS).

- Experience with Splunk for observability.

- Experience with OpenTelemetry.

- Experience with test-related secret management.

AI/ML Integration

- Proficiency with GitHub Copilot.

- Experience using Selenium and WebDriver testing tools.

- Build new automated tests using GitHub Copilot.

- Maintain existing test suites using GitHub Copilot.

- Perform AI-driven failure analysis.

- Conduct AI-assisted code reviews.

- Perform AI-driven code optimization.

- Build AI-driven test systems and pipelines using agentic AI approaches.

Additional Experience

- Prior experience with AWS platform.

- Knowledge of LoadRunner.
