Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced Lead – SAP IBP professional to spearhead the design, configuration, and delivery of advanced planning solutions within the SAP Planning – Delivery department. The role focuses on Response &

- Supply Planning and Order‑Based Planning, ensuring seamless integration, high‑performance supply chain operations, and strategic alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities

- Lead end‑to‑end SAP IBP design and configuration for Response &
- Supply Planning and Order‑Based Planning.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution architecture.
- Configure, test, and deploy IBP models, macros, and alerts.
- Conduct data integration and master data management across SAP ECC/S4HANA and IBP.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project teams.
- Perform fit‑gap analysis and recommend best‑practice enhancements.
- Drive user acceptance testing, training, and change‑management activities.




- Optimize planning processes and KPIs to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align IBP solutions with business strategy.

Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of SAP IBP experience, with at least 4 years in Response &
- Supply Planning and OBP.
- Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end IBP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA integration, APO, and data modeling.
- Expertise in statistical forecasting, demand planning, and supply optimization.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP IBP configuration, macros, and analytics.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- SAP IBP certification (preferred) and SAP MM/SD knowledge.
- Robust communication and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Master’s preferred.
