Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer

Working Mode: Hybrid – 3 days from office

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our Global CRM Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will act as the supplier’s technical lead, providing hands-on expertise, technical oversight, and ensuring partner deliveries align with Airbus standards. You will collaborate with vendor teams and Airbus project management to drive technical quality and innovation across Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee Salesforce development activities (Apex, LWC, configuration).
- Design, build, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and Airbus IT systems.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, agile methodologies, and CI/CD release processes.
- Provide technical guidance,



troubleshooting, and platform support.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and contribute to CoE initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 9+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce development.
- Robust expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience in partner/vendor delivery management and agile frameworks.
- Advanced English proficiency.

Mandatory Skills

- Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience.
- Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, APIs.
- Agile (Scrum/Kanban) & CI/CD release management.
- Integration implementation & troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
