JOB PURPOSE
This position mainly works on GMR Interchange Project, Hospitality District Project and Incharge for Centralized Document Management System (CDMS)ORGANISATION CHART

Accountabilities
Key Performance Indicators

Draft, Review and Negotiate Agreements, Leave and License, Lease Deeds and other contractual documents related to GMR Interchange Project.

Risk mitigation approach while drafting and review Agreements, Lease Deeds and other contractual documents
Cross functional coordination
Timely delivery of the drafts

Draft, Review and Negotiate Agreements, Leave and License, Lease Deeds, EPC contracts and other contractual documents related to Co-living, Sr. Living and Hospitality District (upcoming hotels) and Hospital Projects.

Risk mitigation approach while drafting and review Agreements, Lease Deeds and other contractual documents
Cross functional coordination
Timely delivery of the drafts

Liaison and Registration of Lease Deeds before different SRO’s





Maintain cordial relationship with the jurisdictional SRO offices
Arrange authorization letters for the internal signatories

Periodic review and standardization of Agreements, Lease Deeds

Review the base drafts periodically and improve the drafts to mitigate the risk to organization and also as per the newly notified compliances and rules under different acts.

In charge of Centralized Document Management System (CDMS)

Preparing SOP for CDMS
Conduct meetings with all cross functional departments and give awareness about CDMS
Collect, Review and store all the executed and/or registered agreements, lease deeds. Custodian of all the documentation of the ALD-Hyd.
