Lead the team to review designs, plan, execute and complete all Civil & Building works, in coordination with other stakeholders and ensure implementation of the same adhering to safety & quality standards within specified time & cost. Project Management: Lead and guide the team in execution of all Project / Infrastructure works at Bhogapuram Airport campus, as per approved design, specifications, timelines and agreed / approved budget under minimal guidance of CDO

Procurement Management:



Ensure coordination and assistance to procurement team for Technical and Commercial inputs in tendering including finalizing the specifications in line with technical specs defined in EPC contract and all relevant codal provisions, vendor evaluation and finalization

Design deliverables Management: Ensure the designs are finalized from constructability perspective from conceptual stage to detailed designs by coordinating with EPC contractors’ team, consultants and other stakeholders of the Projects including IE and Govt.

Co-ordinate design development and deliverables on time.
Ensure zero non-compliance to Statutory requirements
Complying stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Value engineering for Cost & Time optimization at design & procurement stage
