Role Objective:
To ensure smooth, compliant, and productive day-to-day operations of the Company Depot / CFA, ensuring timely dispatches, accurate inventory, and full statutory & audit compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Inward & Inventory Management:

Supervise and ensure 100% accurate receipt of stocks from depot as per invoice and LR.
Ensure proper stacking, storage as per FEFO (First Expiry First Out) norms and batch-wise inventory management.
Conduct daily stock reconciliation – Physical vs. System (SAP/WMS).
Monitor and control near-expiry, non-saleable and damaged stocks.

Outward & Dispatch Management:

Ensure timely and accurate processing of distributor orders, invoicing and dispatch planning.
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and ensure on-time delivery to distributors / super-stockists.
Ensure zero billing errors and zero dispatch discrepancies.

Documentation, SAP & Claims:





Handling all depot documentation – Inward, Outward, Stock Transfer, Gate Pass, Credit / Debit Notes.
Complete handling of SAP transactions at depot – GRN, Invoicing, STO, Stock adjustments.
Processing distributor claims related to shortage, breakage, price difference and expiry and forward to HO for settlement.
Maintaining proper claim tracker and ledger reconciliation.
Maintaining depot hygiene and Safety

Compliance & Audit:

Ensure 100% compliance with company SOPs, statutory requirements, GST, E-way bill and audit guidelines.
Maintain all depot records for internal & external audit.
Ensure CFA compliance regarding manpower, infrastructure, insurance, fire safety and pest control.
Ensure FIFO, hygiene and safety standards at depot.

CFA / Depot Coordination & Reporting:

Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between Branch, HO Supply Chain, Sales Team and CFA.
Daily MIS reporting to Branch – Stock availab
