Job Objective:
Design and development of cartoning & blister packing machines to provide customized solutions to customer.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic and planning

Understanding project requirement, planning, design and release accurate data on time.
Planning & prioritization of day to day activities, monitoring to ensure on time completion
Maintain performance monitoring data to enable planning of projects

Functional
Core

Design: Concept generation and detail design of sub-assemblies, calculation for machine elements, drawings creation, BOM Generation & release in SAP by following defined SOPs.
Ensure quality by 100% checking of design output for FTR.
Design and release BOM of carton/blister packing machines and attachments.
BOM & Design Master data updation.
Support manufacturing team during project execution.
Capturing the design issues and updating design data for future requirements.




Implement continuous improvement in existing products, VA/VE, CAPA.
Ontime support to cross functional teams to ensure on time dispatch of machine

Internal process:

Internal planning for aligning team efforts to meet dispatch targets.
On time and error free design release
Customer complaint resolution with CAPA
Ontime support to cross functional teams to ensure on time dispatch of machine

Technical Competencies

Design of machine elements
Design calculations
Selection of B/O parts
Cad tool – Solid Edge, Teamcenter, SAP
Technical & Scientific Knowledge- Material Science and process
Quality & Regulatory in R&D; -Machine Safety Compliance

Qualification - B.E Mechanical
Experience - 5-7 Years
