* Strong hands-on experience in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot and Microservices
* Positive experience in REST API development, Spring Security, JWT/OAuth
* Frontend experience with Angular 16/17, TypeScript, JavaScript
* Solid knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle
* Experience with Apache Kafka and Redis
* Good exposure to AWS, Docker, Jenkins and CI/CD
* Experience with JUnit, Mockito, Git and Agile/Scrum
* BFSI/Fintech or Banking/Payments/NPCI experience is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

* Validate and ensure compliance of legal documentation related to securities
issuances.
* Enrich, validate, and confirm issuance transactions in the system.
* Monitor settlement and delivery of securities across domestic and
international markets.
* Coordinate with Trade Support, Front Office, Legal, Accounting,
counterparties, custodians, and paying agents to resolve settlement-related
issues.




* Perform reconciliations, monitor suspense accounts and positions, and ensure
data accuracy.
* Manage securities-related events and contribute to regulatory reporting.
* Prepare operational and activity monitoring reports.
* Ensure adherence to operational controls, procedures, and risk management
standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate Profile:

* Higher education with knowledge of Market Finance.
* Experience in Securities Operations/Post-Trade/Global Settlement.
* Strong understanding of securities products and settlement lifecycle.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail and ownership.
