We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Director Data and Analytics
In this role, you will:

Core responsibilities will involve standard Agile practices, including defining user stories, managing the product backlog, and collaborating closely with stakeholders and development teams
Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.



A strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
Product Vision: Help shape the product roadmap for our core marketing platforms.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between marketing stakeholders and engineering to translate business needs into transparent, actionable development work.
Backlog Management: Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic goals.
Data-Driven Initiatives: Support projects related to data collection, audience strategy, and analytics to ensure we are making informed decisions.
Customer Experience: Contribute to the strategy and roadmap for initiatives aimed at creating a more personalized and relevant customer journey.
