Senior finance leader responsible for establishing governance, controls, and financial processes in a fast-evolving international business.
Expected to operate independently in an ambiguous environment and create structure where limited precedent exists.

Key Requirements

Solid expertise in accounting, controllership, IFRS, ERP systems, financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis.
Ability to assess accounting treatments, recommend policy improvements, and provide strategic financial guidance.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, conflict resolution, and cross-border communication skills.




Comfortable working autonomously across multiple geographies and time zones.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven finance leadership experience with strong accounting and controlling capability.
Industry background can be flexible (retail, sourcing, shared services, product, services, startups).
International exposure preferred, especially across Southeast Asia, but not mandatory.
Agile, hands-on, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in ambiguity.
Able to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Role Scope

Lead monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial controls, compliance, receivables/payables, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Own agreement reviews, corporate governance, and corporate-secretary related finance responsibilities.
