Role Description The Screenplay Writer Intern will work closely with the creative and production teams to develop engaging scripts for short films, branded content, digital sketches, and other online video formats. Day-to-day responsibilities include brainstorming concepts, outlining story structures, writing screenplay drafts,



incorporating feedback, and refining dialogue and scenes to match the brand’s tone and audience. The intern will assist in creating pitch documents, character arcs, and scene breakdowns, and may be involved in table reads and pre-production discussions to ensure scripts translate effectively to screen. This is an on-site internship role based in Noida, requiring regular collaboration with team members and participation in creative meetings.
Qualifications
Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities, with a focus on screenplay and scriptwriting for digital or film content.
Ability to develop compelling characters, realistic dialogue, and clear narrative structures suited to short-form and web-friendly formats.
Basic understanding of visual storytelling, scene construction, and pacing for video content and social media platforms.
