Role Description The Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Odisha, responsible for managing sales and relationships within an assigned geographic area. Day-to-day activities include visiting distributors, retailers, and farmers to promote ADAMA products, providing technical guidance on crop protection solutions,



and ensuring strong market presence. The role involves planning and executing territory sales strategies, monitoring performance against targets, and identifying growth opportunities. The Territory Manager coordinates demonstrations, field days, and training programs, while gathering market intelligence and competitor insights. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, agronomy, and supply chain is essential to ensure timely product availability and effective customer support.
Qualifications
