Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Executive to join our team in Chennai, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead our housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will oversee daily housekeeping activities, manage staff effectively,



and drive continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism across all areas of the organization.
Oversee and optimize housekeeping operations to ensure consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout all areas of the facility
Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to foster career development and maintain high morale
Plan and organize work schedules, staff assignments, and vacation planning to maximize productivity and resource allocation
Respond promptly and efficiently to guest requests and requirements, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery
Implement and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures, and health and safety protocols across all departmental activities
Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to maintain compliance with organizational standards and identify areas for improvement
