Role Overview

Join our Employer brand team which is committed to delivering effective brand
awareness and recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance our overall brand
profile and showcase KPMG as the employer of choice.

As part of your role, you will be supporting the campaign manager with the
planning, execution, and delivery of multiple campaigns throughout the year.

Roles & responsibilities

·Support team in delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
·Support campaign execution across digital, social, email, web and recruitment
marketing channels.
·Support the team in the delivery of UGC/employee content
·Assist with careers website content management, updates, quality assurance and
candidate experience improvements
·Coordinate with internal stakeholders, recruiters, external agencies and
suppliers to ensure timely delivery of employer brand activity
·Support team in building reporting & insights to measure campaign performance
·Support in consolidating and managing marketing content libraries, making these
easily accessible to all stakeholders





This role is for you if you have the below

Educational qualifications

•University Degree or Equivalent hands-on experience in marketing is preferable

Work experience

·1-3 years of experience in marketing and /or campaign management
·Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
·Basic understanding of Employer branding would be an advantage
·Basic understanding and know-how of Project
·management
·Basic understanding about proofreading content, agency management, and content
delivery

·Excellent communication skills and written English
·Creative thinker
·Motivated and eager to learn and adapt in a energetic environment
·Ability to grasp complex systems and guidelines.
·Team player
·Detail focused; delivers high quality output
·Well organised and able to work to deadlines
