About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Lead IT Recruiter to lead and manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Permanent and Contract hiring, excellent knowledge of IT skill sets, and the ability to manage multiple requirements while driving the team towards timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end IT recruitment for multiple client requirements.
- Handle Permanent and Contract (C2H) hiring across various IT skill sets.
- Manage and prioritize multiple open positions while ensuring timely closures.
- Take ownership of recruitment targets, productivity, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Source and screen candidates for SAP, Oracle, and other IT technologies.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Utilize job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms effectively.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, experience, and candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, clients, and hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, joining confirmations, and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for recruitment-related escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor team performance, recruitment metrics, and daily/weekly hiring progress.
- Mentor, guide, and support recruiters to improve sourcing, screening,



follow-up, and closure ratios.
- Conduct regular reviews with the recruitment team and provide feedback/coaching for performance improvement.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate databases, ATS records, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Provide regular recruitment status updates to management and clients.
- Stay updated with current IT hiring trends, market availability, salary trends, and sourcing strategies.
- Identify challenges in the recruitment process and implement effective solutions to improve hiring efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of proven experience in IT Recruitment, preferably with experience in a lead/ senior recruiter capacity.
- Mandatory experience in Permanent and Contract/C2H IT hiring.
- Strong hands-on experience in sourcing candidates for SAP, Oracle, and other IT skill sets.
- Experience in managing multiple IT requirements simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and current market hiring trends.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide recruiters and drive the team towards recruitment targets.
- Robust client coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience with ATS/Recruitment CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
