The Horizon Program is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Procurement Technical Operations Specialist to join the Procurement and Supplier Operations team. Reporting to the Procurement Operations Lead, this role supports the reliable and efficient operation of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supplier modules, with a focus on production support, incident resolution, technical integrations, business intelligence reporting, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate with functional, technical, testing, regional, and managed service teams to meet service-level commitments and deliver high-quality support to global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Support incident management activities, ensuring operational issues are investigated, escalated, and resolved within established service-level agreements and performance targets.
- Assess integration and business intelligence reporting issues and recommend practical technical solutions.
- Monitor system health, service queues, and issue progress to support timely resolution and reliable production operations.
- Identify improvement opportunities within the Procurement and Supplier functional areas and partner with Operations Leads to prioritize value-adding initiatives.
- Contribute to the monthly operations scorecard by analyzing data, identifying trends and root causes, and communicating progress and recommended next steps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement repeatable, efficient process improvements.
- Partner with functional and testing teams to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes and identify and address cross-functional impacts.
- Contribute to an inclusive, high-performing team by applying diverse skills and perspectives to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- 10 + years of professional experience in Technical and 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Procurement track as Technical consultant.
- Extensive procurement operations experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supplier modules, including the Redwood user experience.
- Proficiency in REST APIs and commonly used scripting tools.
- Experience supporting integrations and business intelligence reports.
- Proven experience in process optimization, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting a large, multinational operations environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively across functions and regions

Soft Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication – able to explain technical issues to non-technical users.




- Analytical problem-solving with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced deployment environment.
