Job Summary

This is a highly impactful leadership role focused on the strategy of two products. The successful candidate will participate in defining and executing the product roadmap for revenue-driving products. This role requires a solid understanding of B2B product management.

Responsibilities

- Define and own digital communications products.

- Develop and execute a product strategy for driving higher productivity for clients.

- Define and enable the transformation and modernization for clients

- Focus on client retention and ARR

- Collaborate with engineering teams. Serve as product owner for technology teams.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including product specifications, policies to govern, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

- Leadership capabilities to inspire and drive teams towards a common goal. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all teams work harmoniously to achieve product vision, balancing both business objectives and technical requirements.

What You Need To Succeed

- Experience: Experience in product management of 10+ years,



with specific experience in B2B platforms

- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric product strategies.

- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills for data-driven decision-making

- Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement

- Strong understanding of product development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.

- Good knowledge of public cloud environments as well as cloud-based products.

- Background in QA, or program management is a plus

- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
