Roles and Responsibilities
- Generation of Arrangement drawings including civil inputs based on 3D models using AVEVA DRAW and AutoCAD.
- Clash checks including iterations with civil engineers and structural steel designers
- Pipe stress calculations and reports (ROHR II, CAESAR)
- Generation of Isometric and Support drawings
- Specifications for piping, valves, fitting, support/ hangers, insulation, Hydrotests procedures, markup P&IDs; for pressure testing
Heat tracing, gaskets and miscellaneous in-line components
Skill set
- 3D modeling in AVEVA E3D/PDMS
Generation of Arrangement drawings including civil inputs based on 3D models using AVEVA DRAW and AutoCAD.
Tools
- Pipe stress calculations and reports (ROHR II, CAESAR)
Itemized piping, concrete, or rubber-lined piping for CCW
